WeareseekingahighlyskilledSeniorMarketing&SalesManagertoleadour company's marketing and sales strategy. Thisrole will oversee the performance of the Community ManagerandSalesManager,ensuringthat salestargetsare metand customer engagement objectives areachieved.

Thepositionrequiresastrongbalanceofstrategicleadershipandhands on expertiseinperformancemarketing, driving both brand development and measurablebusinessgrowth. Theidealcandidatewillbringaproventrackrecordofmanaginghigh-performing teams, scaling customeracquisition,anddeliveringstrongsalesperformancewithinafast-paced,data-drivenenvironment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Marketing&Growth
  • Lead and execute integrated marketing strategies across digital, social, and offline channels to drive user acquisition and retention.
  • Design and oversee performance marketing campaigns, ensuring optimal ROI through data-driven decision-making.
  • Develop attribution models and analytics frameworks to measure the effectiveness of acquisition and engagement campaigns.
  • Oversee brand positioning, content strategy, and communications to ensure consistent messaging across all channels.
  • Collaborate with Senior Management to align sales strategies with overall business goals.
  • Stay ahead of market trends, digital innovations, and competitor strategies to enhance marketing effectiveness.
  • Foster strong collaboration with the Product, Compliance, and Finance teams to ensure operational alignment.
  • Directly manage the Sales Team and Community Manager, setting clear KPIs and monitoring performance.
  • Implement structured reporting for the sales team (e.g., calls volume, conversion rates, service quality).
  • Ensure the team consistently meets or exceeds sales targets, with emphasis on conversion quality.
  • Drive weekly and monthly sales performance reviews, ensuring accountability and continuous improvement.
  • Provide leadership, coaching, and mentorship to the marketing, sales, and community teams.
  • Act as the key link between customer-facing teams and senior management, providing insights and performance reports.
Required Qualifications & Skills
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, or related field (master's preferred).
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, sales, or growth leadership roles, ideally in financial services, fintech, or technology sectors.
  • Proven success in user acquisition, performance marketing, and campaign optimization.
  • Ability to develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with company goals.
  • Excellent knowledge of SEO, SEM, and content strategy.
  • Strong understanding of sales operations and performance management.
  • Excellent leadership to lead and develop teams, with excellent people management skills.
  • Expertise in user acquisition, lead generation, and conversion optimization.
  • Advanced analytical skills, with proficiency in marketing and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adjust, Segment, Mixpanel, etc.).
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and strategic thinking abilities.
