Senior Manager - Industrial Automation

Albatha is forming a dedicated Automation Strategy Task Force to evaluate, design, and drive automation opportunities across our diverse group of operating companies. This team will act as internal consultants - visiting business units, assessing automation potential, analyzing ROI, and developing tailored roadmaps that enable sustainable efficiency and growth.

• Conduct on-site assessments across Albatha operating companies to identify automation opportunities in operations, logistics, manufacturing, healthcare, and other sectors.
• Analyze workflows and processes to understand efficiency gaps, cost drivers, and automation potential.
• Build ROI models for automation initiatives, including cost-benefit analysis, implementation requirements, and risk assessments.
• Work closely with operating company leadership to understand strategic priorities and operational challenges.
• Develop individualized automation roadmaps for each company, outlining quick wins, mid-term projects, and long-term transformation opportunities.
• Stay up-to-date on robotics, automation, and digital transformation trends, particularly in industries relevant to Albatha.
• Prepare and present findings and recommendations to senior leadership and the Albatha Board.
• Collaborate with external technology partners, integrators, and vendors where necessary to validate solutions and approaches.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in consulting, industrial automation, process improvement, or digital transformation.
• Proven track record in leading operational assessments and delivering business case analysis.
• Exposure to robotics, automation technologies, or Industry 4.0 solutions is highly desirable.
• Experience working across multiple industries (FMCG, healthcare, automotive, manufacturing, etc.) preferred.
• Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to model ROI and build business cases.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, capable of engaging both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Problem-solving orientation, with the ability to translate operational challenges into practical solutions.
• Adaptability to work across diverse industries and environments.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a small, high-impact team.
• Fluency in English is a MUST.
