Overview

We are hiring Senior Manager / Director - Operations to lead and optimize end-to-end e-commerce operations for our online retail platform.

This is a strategic leadership role focused on enhancing customer experience, streamlining fulfillment, managing supply chain performance, and driving operational excellence across all touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement SOPs to streamline order fulfillment, warehousing, and last-mile delivery.
  • Own the full order lifecycle - from placement to on-time delivery and returns.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Customer Service, Tech) and external partners (3PLs, Vendors).
  • Manage inventory levels and stock accuracy using WMS/ERP tools.
  • Monitor operational KPIs and implement data-driven improvements.
  • Lead supplier/vendor onboarding and relationship management.
  • Foster alignment across operations and business teams to drive customer satisfaction.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations, or related field; MBA or equivalent is a plus.
  • 10+ years of experience in operations management, particularly within e-commerce, logistics, or tech-enabled retail.
  • Demonstrated track record of success in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
  • Experience in online grocery or similar e-commerce verticals is highly preferred.

  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to design long-term strategies for operational excellence.
  • Technical Proficiency: Experience with e-commerce platforms, WMS, ERP systems, and analytics tools.

  • Time & Resource Management: Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Communication & Negotiation: Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills for stakeholder management.
