Our client, a diversified group operating within the sustainability, environment and energy sectors, is looking for a Senior Manager - Consolidation Finance (CPA & ACCA Qualified) to lead group level financial consolidation and reporting. The role ensures accurate, compliant, and timely financial statements across all subsidiaries and joint ventures.
Job Responsibilities- Lead the preparation of consolidated financial statements in compliance with IFRS.
- Manage month end, quarter end, and year end closing processes.
- Coordinate with subsidiary finance teams for consistent accounting practices.
- Oversee intercompany reconciliations and eliminations.
- Support statutory audits and liaise with external auditors.
- Maintain and update group accounting policies and manuals.
- Drive automation and process improvements in consolidation systems.
- Support senior management with analytical reporting and variance analysis.
- Must have Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
- Must be certified: CPA, ACCA, or CA preferred.
- Must have 10+ years of experience in consolidation and reporting in a group or holding structure.
- In depth knowledge of IFRS and consolidation tools.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong attention to detail, analytical mindset, and system proficiency (SAP/Oracle).
- Ability to coordinate effectively across multiple business entities.
