Senior Legal Advisor

We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Senior Legal Associate to join our legal and compliance team. This role involves supporting the company and its clients in navigating UAE regulatory frameworks, especially those related to crypto assets, corporate structures, licensing, and compliance.

• Provide legal research, drafting, and advisory support on matters related to UAE financial regulations, especially under:
• VARA (Virtual Assets Regulatory Authority - Dubai)
• DIFC / DFSA
• SCA (Securities & Commodities Authority - mainland UAE)
• Assist clients in preparing documentation for entity formation, bank account opening, and regulatory licensing.
• Review and draft contracts, MOUs, service agreements, NDAs, and token-related legal documents.
• Support internal teams with compliance checks, KYC/AML reviews, and data protection measures.
• Liaise with external legal counsel, government bodies, and banking institutions when required.
• Monitor updates in UAE and international crypto regulations and assess their impact on clients.
• Maintain organized legal records and client documentation.
• Participate in internal knowledge-sharing sessions and stay updated on legal trends in FinTech, blockchain, and digital assets.

• Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB) or equivalent; UAE or UK qualification preferred.
• 2-4 years of legal experience, ideally with exposure to FinTech, corporate law, or crypto-related advisory.
• Familiarity with UAE regulatory bodies and their licensing procedures (ADGM, VARA, SCA, etc.).
• Strong legal research, analytical, and drafting skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus.
• Proactive mindset, strong attention to detail, and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
