A leading tech startup in the UAE is seeking an experienced lawyer to oversee all legal matters. The ideal candidate will provide strategic legal advice, ensure compliance with UAE laws, and manage legal risks. Responsibilities include drafting contracts, advising on regulatory matters in fintech, and supporting senior management. A minimum of 5 years' experience in a common law jurisdiction is required, along with strong negotiation and communication skills. Fluency in Arabic is a plus.
