You will drive the human capital agenda, consulting across all functions and with external clients. An in depth understanding of talent management programs and proven ability to implement them successfully is essential for this role.
Responsibilities- Oversee business partnering for investment and corporate teams.
- Consult across functions and with external clients to drive human capital initiatives.
- Experience in private equity or investment management is essential.
- Arabic-speaking would be an advantage.
- Recent best practice and exposure to a world-class HR framework.
- Location: Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates (Abu Dhabi office). Full-time.
