What role will you play?

You will support and coach business leaders on people matters across the employee life cycle, including talent and remuneration cycle calendar activities.

As a strategic partner, you will influence business leaders to identify, prioritise, and implement HR solutions and programs spanning workforce design, talent management, diversity equity and inclusion, transformation, leadership, and culture, to optimise workforce and performance.

You will leverage data and insights to support leaders in making data-driven people, workforce, and talent decisions.

As an active and contributing member of your business leadership team, you will excel in service delivery, simplify processes, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.

What you offer
  • Degree in Human Resources or related field, combined with proven experience as an HR Business Partner. Experience in financial services is highly desirable.
  • Solid understanding of end-to-end HR functions and best practice.
  • A data led approach with demonstrable ability in analysing and communicating data driven insights.
  • Proven consulting experience and ability to influence.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage, influence and provide coaching at all levels.
