The Role A leading logistics company is seeking a Senior Finance Manager to play a critical role in shaping the financial strategy and future investments of the business, and acting as a finance business partner to other key senior management. Reporting directly to the CFO, this role provides strategic financial leadership and operational oversight across budgeting, reporting, and financial projects, including ERP implementation. This role is ideal for a commercially-minded Finance Manager / Business Partner, looking to step up into an FD-level position in the near future.
Responsibilities- Support the CFO in strategic planning, financial decision-making, and capital structure.
- Lead financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting.
- Drive cost-efficiency, scenario planning, and financial modelling.
- Responsible for company wide transformation projects
- Support on team management when necessary
- Prepare board-level reports, presentations, and support senior leadership on financial matters.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to align finance with business goals.
- Feasibility studies / financial modelling ERP Implementation :
- Proven experience in ERP system implementation is essential.
- Lead the end-to-end finance transformation through ERP design, configuration, testing, and roll-out.
- Ensure system integration supports accurate reporting, process efficiency, and scalability.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- Professional finance qualification (e.g., CPA, ACCA, CA, CIMA) with approx 15-18 years PQE
- Candidates who have worked in a supply chain / logistics industry will be given preference
- Demonstrated success in ERP implementation within a complex, multi-entity organisation.
- Background in a large company ($500+ mn) is preferred
- Advanced Excel / financial modelling
- Strong leadership, analytical, and excellent communication skills.
- Experience with board reporting and C-level interaction highly desirable.
Salary : AED 45k + family flights + family health insurance + schooling
