Role: Senior Educator Experience in a Room Leader position is essential. Centre: Goodstart Hobart. Employment Type: Full-Time Permanent Monday to Friday 38 hours per week. Room: Nursery.

• Take charge of your own room, leading a team of dedicated Educators to deliver exceptional educational programs.
• Collaborate with the Centre Leadership Team and the Educational Leader to observe, inform, and continuously improve teaching practices.
• Commit to safety and inclusivity, ensuring that every learning experience is tailored to meet the needs of all children.

• Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
• Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
• Current Tasmanian Working with Children Check
