Gosford and Wyong Hospitals

The position of Digital Health Senior Customer Support Partner exists within the Digital Health division of the Northern Sydney (NS) and Central Coast (CC) Local Health Districts (LHD). This position is primarily based at either NSLHD or CCLHD however depending on the demand may be required to travel across all facilities.

• Provide a key point of contact and liaison to the Senior Manager Digital Health Program of each site including community centres.
• Work collaboratively with stakeholders to ensure that the needs of the organisation are met through timely customer service and education focusing on the End User Support.
• Provide education sessions for LHD Staff, highlighting efficient use of DHS Technology.

People of Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander background encouraged to apply.

• Demonstrated excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills with the ability to both advocate for the customer and manage expectations and the ability to analyse customer requirements.
• Exceptional time management and organisational skills particularly around conflicting priorities and the ability to problem solve creatively to achieve optimum outcomes.

Experience working on projects in healthcare or experience working on projects in the digital setting.
