As a Senior Consultant in the Business Transformation team, you will play a vital role in assisting organisations deliver successful outcomes for some of the world's largest and most complex programs be it Government Reform, Power and Utilities and Infrastructure Transformation.

This role is based in Meanjin (Brisbane).

• As a transformation professional, you'll help drive meaningful change on complex programs across sectors such as Government Reform, Infrastructure, and Power & Utilities-delivering successful outcomes for both clients and communities.
• We're looking for dynamic, team oriented individuals who thrive in fast paced environments, bring a passion for strategy and implementation, and are excited by the opportunity to lead change and make a real impact.

Bring 3-5 years of experience, along with a strong passion for solving complex business problems and designing innovative, results driven solutions-aligned with our purpose of building a better working world. You're a creative thinker ready to take the next step in your career.

• Thrive in fast paced, ever changing environments and enjoy working collaboratively to design and implement transformative solutions. You value innovation, teamwork, and delivering meaningful impact.
• Have hands on experience across business transformation projects, including strategy development, operating models, service and policy design, customer experience, and program delivery. Workshop facilitation and strong presentation skills are highly regarded.
