A medium sized General Contractor client of ours is looking for an experience Project Coordinator to join the team.
The successful applicant will play a key role in supporting our estimators, project managers, and site superintendents throughout all phases of construction.
Key Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in construction project coordination in British Columbia.
- New build ICI or Residential experience
- BCIT Diploma or Canadian Engineering Degree (Preferred)
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative and coordination support to site superintendents and project managers across one or more projects
- Assist project managers with meeting documentation, follow-ups with subcontractors, and organizing project materials
- Manage the distribution and tracking of shop drawings
- Issue and follow up on site instructions
Package:
- $75-100k salary
