What You'll Do- Lead compliance oversight for new and existing products across multiple jurisdictions
- Translate complex regulations into actionable guidance for product and tech teams
- Build strong relationships with test labs, consultants, and regulators
- Identify risks, propose solutions, and drive implementation
- Maintain structured frameworks to track obligations and ensure timely delivery
- Mentor and grow a high performing compliance team
- Proven B2B experience in online gaming (slots, sportsbook, live casino)
- Deep understanding of multi jurisdictional compliance and change management
- Ability to interpret and apply regulatory requirements across diverse markets
- Strong communication skills and a proactive mindset
- Experience working with regulators and technical teams
