The Senior Client Service Officer is responsible for managing a portfolio of clients, predominantly trustee, security trustee, nominee and escrow, ensuring their needs are met through proactive communication, expert guidance, and high-quality service delivery. The role requires strong subject matter expertise to resolve complex queries, maintain compliance, and deliver a seamless client experience. Acting as a trusted partner to clients, the Senior Client Service Officer strengthens long-term relationships and contributes to continuous improvement in service standards. Key Responsibilities Manage a dedicated portfolio of clients, focused on trustee, security trustee, nominee and escrow, acting as the primary day-to-day contact. Ensure all servicing activities and fiduciary obligations comply with internal policies, contractual documents, risk standards, and regulatory requirements. Attend client meetings with management. Deliver timely, accurate, and proactive client communications and reporting. Apply subject matter expertise to resolve complex queries and provide guidance on products, processes, and compliance requirements. Build strong, trust-based relationships by anticipating client needs and providing value-added support. Identify service improvements and work with internal stakeholders to enhance client experience. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to contribute to operational efficiency and service quality. Provide support to other teams within the Custody business, as required. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across team processes. Participate in business projects as delegated by management. About you We are seeking candidates who are proactive, solutions-oriented, and innovative. We're looking for someone eager to learn, well organized, and who enjoys working with numbers and detail. You will bring: Knowledge of trustee, security trustee, nominee, and escrow service and a understanding of fiduciary obligations and risk standards 2+ years of experience in financial services in a similar role Understanding of managed funds Experience in the Australian custody market is highly desirable Previous experience reviewing and interpreting trust documents and legal agreements, as well as regulatory and operational management exposure (will be highly regarded) Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organisational and time management abilities High attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills, including initiative to drive change and enhance controls.We love hearing from people who are inspired to shape the future with us.
