Join a leading consultancy driving enterprise-wide transformation for a major manufacturing brand in the GCC. We are looking for a Change Consultant OR Senior Change Consultant with deep manufacturing sector experience to support the delivery of people-focused change across operations, systems, and culture.
Your impact:
- Drive stakeholder alignment, readiness and communications
- Map impacts across locations, functions, and systems
- Lead workshops and coach leaders through the change
- Ensure end-user adoption and reduce resistance
You bring:
- 7+ years in organisational change roles
- Retail or consumer goods transformation background
- Track record delivering communications, engagement, and training support
- Experience in operating model, systems or ERP-related change (Oracle a plus)
