We're now looking for a driven B2B business developer to join our team and work alongside our sales team in expanding our reach and growing revenue across our corporate and EOR product lines.
The RoleAs a Salesperson - Corporate Services & EOR, you will :
- Prospect & Qualify : Identify and engage new leads for corporate and EOR services.
- Discovery & Closing : Conduct discovery calls, manage opportunities, and close deals.
- Pipeline Management : Own your sales funnel with accuracy and discipline.
- Client Growth Support : Partner with our sales team to support account expansion, share workload, and provide holiday coverage.
- B2B sales experience (ideally in professional, corporate, HR, or EOR services).
- Strong prospecting and cold outreach skills - confident with LinkedIn, email, and calls.
- A self-starter who thrives in a competitive, high-growth sales environment.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Tech-savvy and comfortable with CRM tools.
- Work with a global client base in a high-demand industry.
- Collaborate with an experienced team (and learn directly from our sales team).
- Strong commission structure.
