Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement strategies to enhance beneficiary engagement and satisfaction.
- Manage communication channels to ensure prompt, professional handling of beneficiary requests and feedback.
- Conduct regular satisfaction assessments and prepare analytical reports for management review.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve concerns and improve overall service delivery.
- Ensure compliance with policies, regulations, and service excellence standards.
- Mentor and support junior engagement officers to drive continuous improvement.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Public Relations, Communication, or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in beneficiary engagement, customer experience, or public relations (preferably in government or semi-government sectors).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
- Service-oriented, with the ability to handle confidential information professionally.
