Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Barista located in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. The Senior Barista will be responsible for crafting and serving high-quality coffee beverages, managing daily operations of the coffee station, and maintaining cleanliness and organization. Additional duties include training and supervising junior baristas, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, and providing exceptional customer service to enhance the overall customer experience.
Qualifications
- Experience in crafting and serving coffee beverages, and understanding of various coffee brewing methods
- Proficiency in managing daily operations, and supervising staff
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations, and maintaining cleanliness and organization
- Strong customer service skills and ability to enhance customer experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in the food and beverage industry is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent; certification in hospitality or related field is a plus
