We are looking for result-oriented and analytical Business Analyst to join our Digital Banking team. You will play a critical role in understanding, documenting, and communicating business needs and requirements for our mobile and web banking products, with a specific focus on solutions deployed on Amazon Web Services (AWS). You will work closely with product owners, UX/UI designers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure that our digital banking platforms meet business objectives and provide exceptional customer value.

• Requirements Elicitation and Analysis: Elicit, analyze, and document business, functional, and non-functional requirements through various techniques such as interviews, workshops, surveys, and document analysis.
• Use Case and User Story Development: Translate business needs into clear and concise use cases and user stories with well-defined acceptance criteria for the development team.
• Process Modeling: Create process flow diagrams, data flow diagrams, and other visual aids to illustrate current and proposed business processes.
• Fit Gap Analysis: Identify and analyze gaps between current state and desired future state and propose solutions to address these gaps.
