The Company

A luxury real estate development and investment firm with a national portfolio of $8 billion in assets located in New York, Chicago, San Francisco, Beverly Hills and Miami. The firm owns and manages 4.5 million square feet of property across commercial office & retail, hospitality, and luxury residential buildings.


Key Responsibilities

  • Play a key role in the asset management for a portfolio of some of the country's most recognized commercial assets, with a view to delivering a best-in-class tenant experience while maximizing the property's operational performance
  • Oversee and manage project execution by leading various disciplines (in-house or third-party) including Leasing, Property Management, Accounting, Development & Construction, and Marketing
  • Work closely with the investment and accounting teams on investment performance and capital markets strategy and execution
  • Master understanding of and ensure compliance with contracts, leases, loan documents, and joint venture agreements
  • Ongoing review and delivery of accurate reports and analysis including monthly reports, financial statements, annual budgets and business plans, projections, and performance metrics
  • Work closely with brokerage advisors and marketing team on leasing strategy to drive new leasing, renewal of leases, and tenant credit analysis associated with the former
  • Work alongside other members of the asset management team, and property management and operations team, to ensure property is run professionally, efficiently, and using best practices
  • Cultivate the property as a thriving hub for creative, cultural, and artistic communities through targeting tenants in this space


About You

  • 5-8 years of Asset Management experience within commercial real estate, overseeing Class A office buildings
  • Strong knowledge of the commercial real estate market across the United States
  • Experience reviewing leases, partnership documentation, loan documents, budgets, and financial statements
  • Proven ability to meet deadlines and maintain composure under pressure and in fast-evolving conditions
  • Team player with a demonstrated ability to collaborate with employees throughout all levels of the organization, as well as maintain and strengthen relationships with partners and vendors
  • Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills with the ability to deliver key findings, conclusions, and recommendations to corporate leadership and external partners
  • Nimble, entrepreneurial mentality, ability to plan ahead, anticipate potential challenges, and react in a prompt and effective manner
  • Passionate about fostering a pro-active property management style in order to cultivate a high energy, solutions driven approach amongst the on-site team
