Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Architect to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in architecture, showcasing a depth of experience and passion for innovative design and project delivery. As a Senior Architect, you will play a key leadership role in overseeing complex architectural projects, ensuring compliance with client specifications and industry standards. You will collaborate closely with clients, stakeholders, and team members to bring visionary concepts to life. • Lead the architectural design process from concept through to completion of projects.
• Develop and manage architectural plans, ensuring compliance with building codes and standards.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and provide professional architectural guidance.
• Supervise and mentor junior architects and other design team members effectively.
• Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and other architects to assure successful project execution.
• Conduct site visits to ensure adherence to design specifications and quality standards.
• Lead project management tasks, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation efficiently.
• Conduct feasibility studies and review site specifications and project objectives.
• Develop innovative design solutions that elevate architectural aesthetics and functionality.
• Ensure all architectural projects comply with industry safety and environmental regulations.
• Prepare detailed construction documents and specifications for building projects.
• Use specialized software for design, modeling, and project management tasks proficiently.

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field from an accredited institution.
• A minimum of 10 years of experience in architectural design and project management.
• Professional architecture license or certification recognized in relevant jurisdiction.
• Proven experience managing complex projects from inception to completion.
• Strong proficiency with architectural design software such as AutoCAD and Revit.
• Exceptional communication, leadership, and team collaboration skills required.
• Comprehensive understanding of building codes, safety regulations, and construction methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to produce innovative architectural solutions.
