We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Senior Administrator - Rental Disputes to join a leading real estate management organisation in Dubai. This position plays a vital role in maintaining the integrity of property management operations, ensuring that all rental dispute cases are handled professionally, lawfully, and with attention to detail.
Contract duration: 1 year (renewable).
Key ResponsibilitiesOperations Support
- Assist in preparing the Notice of Defaulters (NOD).
- Coordinate with Dubai Court for NOD attestation and ensure timely delivery to defaulters.
- Dispatch attested NODs through Aramex promptly.
- Support the publication of juridical notices in newspapers, coordinating with the newspaper team and Finance for timely payment.
- Liaise with relevant teams to resolve case-related issues and avoid delays.
- Attend apartment/unit evictions alongside relevant authorities and security teams.
- Follow up for timely completion of evictions.
- Assist bailiffs in reaching defaulters at project sites.
- Support investigations of defaulters through government authorities and prepare summaries.
- Build and maintain relationships with authorities such as RDC, Dubai Police, CID, Dubai Municipality, DEWA, etc.
- Prepare timely and accurate departmental reports.
- Provide general administrative support as needed.
Documentation & Filing Support
- Maintain an organized filing system and database of contractual cases.
- Ensure confidentiality when handling sensitive documents.
- Track and route documents to correct recipients promptly.
- Keep copies of sent documents for easy retrieval.
- Verify document accuracy before entry into systems.
- Implement and maintain document control standards.
- Track and address complaints promptly.
- Prepare timely reports related to documentation.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in any field.
- Technical Skills:
- Knowledge of UAE government rules, regulations, and applicable laws.
- Strong planning, organizing, and time management skills.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Negotiation and networking skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Preference will be given to candidates available immediately.
