Join a Community That Puts Teachers First

At ANZUK Education, we understand that supply teaching can feel isolating. That's why we've built more than a recruitment agency - we're a connected, community-driven team that supports you both professionally and personally.

Whether you want flexibility, experience in new schools, or a better work-life balance, we'll help you find it.

What We Offer:
  • Daily pay rates from £155 (PAYE) to £191.29 (Umbrella) - you have the choice
  • Long-term rates - teachers paid to scale
  • Work on your terms: choose day-to-day, block bookings, or long-term placements
  • High-quality FREE CPD sessions, year-round
  • Warm, welcoming consultants who stay in touch
  • Opportunities in both mainstream and SEN schools
  • Regular social events & community networking
  • Feel like you are part of a team where you have a voice that are committed to improving the supply proposition for schools
  • £100 referral bonus (when your referral works 10 days)
  • Opportunities to work in Australia and New Zealand (visa restrictions apply)
Who We're Looking For:
  • Qualified Teachers (QTS)
  • Experience in Secondary or SEN settings
  • Secondary Teachers who are passionate about education, inclusion & student wellbeing
  • Adaptable, proactive, and committed to making a difference
Important to Know:
  • We do not offer visa sponsorship
  • You will need to pass compliance requirements and provide a DBS check (or apply for a new one), full references, full employment history, and identity/qualification documentation
  • Anzuk Education is an equal opportunities employer - we celebrate diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all staff and educators
Ready to Teach on Your Terms?

Whether you're after daily variety, a long-term role, or something in between, we'll match you with schools that fit your preferences.
