We are a boutique real estate agency based in Dubai Media City, part of a development group with over 40 years of successful projects in Iraq, the UK, USA, Turkey, and Egypt. As a sister company of the development group, we are expanding with new offices in other countries. We specialize in exclusive direct sales for Off-Plan and Resale properties and have been operating as a boutique agency in Dubai for one year. With our ongoing international expansion, this is an exciting opportunity to join a growing team and be part of our global journey.

Key Responsibilities
- Drive property sales in Resales / secondary markets at least 1 year.
- Build and manage relationships with buyers, sellers, landlords, and investors.
- Generate new business through networking, referrals, and marketing.
- Conduct viewings, handle negotiations, and close successful deals.
- Provide expert advice on property values, investment opportunities, and market trends.
- Work towards ambitious sales targets with full support from our team.
