SAP S/4HANA Analytics Developer

Role Overview

We seek an experienced SAP S/4HANA Analytics Developer to design, develop, and deliver advanced analytical solutions leveraging S/4HANA Embedded Analytics, CDS Views, Fiori Elements, and SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC). The role requires strong technical expertise, business acumen, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to enable real-time insights and data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

Design & Development: Build and optimize CDS Views, Analytical Queries, and Fiori-based dashboards within S/4HANA.

Analytics Enablement: Implement Embedded Analytics and integrate with SAP Analytics Cloud for advanced reporting.

Data Modeling: Develop scalable data models and ensure performance tuning for large datasets.

Collaboration: Work closely with functional consultants, business stakeholders, and technical teams to translate requirements into analytical solutions.

Integration: Ensure seamless data integration across SAP modules (FI, SD, MM, PP, etc.) and external systems.

Best Practices: Apply SAP-recommended methodologies for performance optimization, security, and governance.

Support: Provide post-implementation support, troubleshoot issues, and enhance existing solutions.

Required Skills & Experience

• 6-10 years of hands-on experience in SAP HANA/S/4HANA Analytics.
• Strong expertise in Core Data Services (CDS), AMDP, SQL Script, and OData services.
• Experience with SAP Fiori Elements, Smart Business KPIs, and Analytical List Pages (ALP).
• Knowledge of SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) and integration with S/4HANA.
• Solid understanding of SAP modules (Finance, Logistics, Supply Chain) and business processes.
• Proven ability in performance tuning, debugging, and optimization of analytical solutions.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Exposure to SAP BW/4HANA or legacy BW systems.
• Experience in cloud deployments (Azure/AWS/GCP).
• SAP certification in S/4HANA Analytics or HANA Modeling.
