We are hiring Sales Trainer - Nails (Arabic Speaker) located in Ras Al Khaimah. As a Sales Trainer - Nails, you will play a pivotal role in developing and delivering impactful sales and product demonstrations related to nail care. As part of our team in Ras Al Khaimah, you'll work in an onsite environment, providing expert guidance to sales staff on techniques that enhance customer engagement and product knowledge. Your expertise will help set high standards for sales excellence, focusing on nail care products and demonstrations to ensure our team consistently meets and exceeds targets.
Responsibilities- Design and deliver training programs focused on nail care product sales and demonstrations.
- Coach sales teams on effective selling techniques, upselling strategies, and customer rapport building.
- Demonstrate proper usage and the benefits of nail care products to staff and customers.
- Monitor training effectiveness and adapt materials to optimize learning and sales outcomes.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge on market trends and new products in the nail care industry.
- Provide feedback and support to team members, encouraging professional growth and high performance.
- Proven experience in sales and live product demonstrations of nail care products.
- Fluent Arabic speaker (mandatory).
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to engage, motivate, and train others effectively.
- Passion for the beauty and nail care industries.
- Ability to work onsite in Ras Al Khaimah.
- Certification in beauty, cosmetology, or a related field.
- Experience training in a retail or beauty environment.
- Familiarity with digital training tools and presentation platforms.
- Fluency in additional languages.
