The Sales Coordinator supports the sales operations of the Cable Division by managing customer inquiries, preparing quotations, processing sales orders, coordinating with internal departments, and ensuring timely delivery of cable products. The Sales coordinator serves as the main communication link between customers, sales teams, production, and logistics.

Key Accountabilities
  • Handle incoming inquiries from customers related to cable products, specifications, pricing, and availability.
  • Prepare and issue quotations based on approved pricing, technical data, and customer requirements.
  • Follow up with customers on quotations, negotiate terms (as per authority), and support sales to close deals.
  • Maintain strong customer relationships and provide timely information on order status.
Order Processing & Documentation
  • Receive and verify customer purchase orders (pricing, specifications, lengths, terms, delivery schedule).
  • Create and process sales orders in the ERP system (SAP/Oracle/Other).
  • Coordinate with planning/production to confirm material availability and expected delivery dates.
  • Prepare order confirmations, proforma invoices, delivery notes, and related documents.
Coordination With Internal Departments
  • Coordinate with the logistics team for dispatch planning and shipment arrangements.
  • Communicate with finance regarding customer credit limits, payments, and hold releases.
  • Liaise with technical/engineering teams to ensure correct cable specifications are offered.
  • Support the sales manager with reports, follow-ups, and day-to-day sales operations.
Reporting & Data Management
  • Maintain sales trackers, quotation logs, order pipelines, and delivery schedules.
  • Generate weekly and monthly sales performance reports.
  • Track pending orders, delays, and customer issues and take proactive action.
  • Update pricing lists, product data, customer database, and CRM records.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
  • 0-1 year of experience as a Sales Coordinator, preferably in cables, cable accessories, or electrical products
  • CRM Certificate is a plus
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
  • English and Arabic language proficiency
