Sales Support Administrator

Trafford, Manchester
Salary:
Up to 23,000 per annum (plus potential bonuses)
Hours:
09:00am - 17:30pm (Monday to Friday) - 37.5 hours per week

Job Responsibilities:
Make outgoing customer calls to assist Sales team with arranging meetings.
Contact customers in response to correspondence or feedback.
Help to run month end Sales figures and produce corresponding presentation slides.
Work closely with the field Sales team on customer engagement.
Input sales enquiries on to our client's Data Management system.
General sales administration and some data processing.
Answer incoming calls in a timely and pleasant manner, directing queries to relevant departments where necessary.
Meet/exceed monthly target levels of productivity and performance, including lead to appointment conversion.
The Person:
Ability to quickly learn in-house IT systems.
Strong attention to detail.
Have excellent time keeping and demonstrate flexibility to working hours.
Pleasant and positive telephone manner.
Work as part of a team but can also use own initiative.
