Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Specialist with a strong understanding of CFDs (Contracts for Difference) to join our growing team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have experience in financial markets, a proven track record in sales, and the ability to develop and maintain strong client relationships.

Requirements:

Key Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of sales experience in CFD trading, forex, or financial markets.
  • CFD & Market Knowledge: Strong understanding of trading platforms, margin trading, leverage, and risk management.
  • Sales & Communication Skills: Excellent negotiation, persuasion, and relationship-building skills.
  • Languages: Fluency in English (Arabic or other languages are a plus).
  • Regulatory Compliance: Familiarity with DFSA regulations and financial market compliance is a plus.
  • Tech Savvy: Comfortable using CRM systems, trading platforms (MatchTrader, MT4, MT5), and lead management tools.
Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Actively generate leads and convert prospects into active trading clients.
  • Promote CFD trading products and services to retail and institutional clients.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth individuals and traders.
  • Educate clients about the risks and benefits of CFD trading while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Work closely with the marketing and trading teams to align sales strategies with market trends.
  • Ensure client retention through excellent customer service and relationship management.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of financial markets, trading platforms, and competitor offerings.
