Sales Representative

AGS is a leading provider of professional security services across the United States. With a reputation for reliability and excellence, AGS delivers customized security solutions to businesses, organizations, and institutions. To support our continued growth, we are expanding our team in the UAE and seeking a driven Sales Agent to join our Ajman office.

As a Sales Agent, you will play a vital role in expanding AGS's client base in the U.S. market. This position is focused on outbound sales calls, lead generation, and building strong client relationships. Working closely with the U.S. team, you will help position AGS as the trusted choice for security services in selected U.S. states.

• Conduct outbound calls to potential clients across the United States.
• Present and promote AGS's security services with professionalism and confidence.
• Identify and qualify leads, follow up consistently, and work to close sales.
• Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, leads, and client communications in the CRM system.
• Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets and performance KPIs.
• Provide remote support and assistance to U.S.-based clients when required.

Qualifications & Skills

• Previous experience in sales, telemarketing, or customer service (preferred but not required).
• Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written).
• Confidence in handling outbound calls and engaging potential clients.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and eager to achieve results.
• Based in the UAE and available for full-time work.

• Proven sales, telemarketing, or call center experience (preferred).
• Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written).
• Neutral or U.S.-friendly accent preferred.
• Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
• Goal-oriented, ambitious, and able to work independently.
• Must be based in DUBAI, UAE.
