Project Sales Manager

What you'll be getting paid to do:
Train team members and new sales reps, build a development plan, and foster improvement
Conduct performance evaluations, consult with HR, and train team members on sales tools and how to use them
Understand your customer base and assign a sales rep that will fit that customer's personality, help company recruiting efforts, train the whole sales cycle
Lead your team by example, close customers, and have insight in your markets assigned, including competition, and market factors
Help build relationships between sales and operations, communicate across the company, demonstrate the ability to build long-term business relationships
Documentation for client's internal and external
What you could bring to the team to impact this role and company:
6-10 years of commercial mechanical sales experience
Financial knowledge and understanding
Team management and seasoned leadership skills
Ability to assist sales team members with hitting goals and closing deals, while maintaining market insight, and building relationships
Travel: In territories represented

Compensation:
$100K - $135K
OTE: $180K - $250K
$700 monthly car allowance
