A leading Real Estate Developer in Dubai, is seekingexperienced Sales Managers- Off-plan Sales. This is a fantastic opportunity for ambitious sales professionals based inJordanwho are ready to take their careers to the next level in Dubai's dynamic property market.
The client will conduct anin-person Recruitment Drive and RoadshowinAmman. Shortlisted candidates will be invited to attend interviews directly with the client's hiring team.
️Note:Only candidates physically present for the recruitment drive will be considered.
RequirementsProven track record in real estate sales (preferablyoff-plan).
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Willingness torelocate to Dubai within 15 daysof offer acceptance.
Salary:AED 12,000 per month + commision + incentives
Performance Target:AED 10 million in monthly sales
Relocation Assistance:14-day company-provided accommodation upon arrival; candidates must arrange their own accommodation thereafter
Visa & Travel:Full relocation package upon selection (including visa processing and airline tickets)
