To lead and grow the HORECA (Hotels, Restaurants, Cafés & Catering) business by driving sales growth, managing key accounts, and executing channel strategies in line with company objectives within the food and beverage industry.
Tactical- Develop and implement HORECA sales strategies to achieve revenue, volume, and margin targets.
- Identify new business opportunities and market expansion potential within hotels, restaurants, cafés, and catering segments.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to support decision making. Work closely with the factory R&D team to support and align New Product Development (NPD) initiatives with market and customer requirements.
- Manage and grow key HORECA accounts, ensuring strong customer relationships and retention.
- Execute sales plans, promotions, and pricing strategies as per company guidelines.
- Drive new customer acquisition and ensure effective onboarding.
- Monitor sales performance against targets and initiate corrective actions when required.
- Conduct regular performance reviews by assessing sales targets versus actual orders, identifying gaps, and driving new business opportunities.
- Ensure effective territory coverage to maximize market penetration and sales productivity.
- Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and periodic performance reports.
- Coordinate with supply chain, finance, and marketing to ensure product availability and smooth order execution.
- Ensure compliance with company credit policies and timely collection of receivables.
