Business Development & Client Acquisition: Identify and develop new business opportunities with corporate clients in Abu Dhabi, with a focus on Chinese-owned businesses or companies with Mandarin speaking stakeholders.
Client Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring long term partnerships and repeat business.
Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market presence, especially within sectors familiar with or requiring Mandarin speaking support.
Proposal & Contract Negotiation: Prepare customized staffing solutions, negotiate contracts, and close deals efficiently.
Market Analysis: Track market trends, competitor activities, and client needs to continuously refine sales strategies.
Team Collaboration: Coordinate with recruitment, operations, and account management teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
Compliance & Documentation: Ensure all sales activities align with UAE labor laws and company policies.
Job Requirement / Qualifications- Language Skills: Fluent in Mandarin and English (both required).
- Education: Bachelors degree in business administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience:
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in sales within the recruitment industry or solutions sales domain.
- Preferred UAE or GCC experience.
- Industry Expertise:
- Strong knowledge of staffing services or workforce outsourcing.
- Experience working with Chinese corporates or multinational organizations is a plus.
- Other Skills:
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong understanding of enterprise client management.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast paced environment.
