Sales Manager in El-Ain, UAE. We are looking for an experienced and motivated Sales Manager to join our team in El-Ain. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a passion for sales and a commitment to achieving excellent results.
Responsibilities- Generate sales opportunities, increase sales revenue, grow market share and develop relationships with potential customers.
- Research potential clients, present products or services, negotiate terms of agreement and close deals.
- Develop strategies to increase customer base, plan campaigns to boost sales, and analyze market trends to identify areas for improvement.
- Manage inventory levels and monitor performance metrics.
- Provide training and support to their teams to ensure effective execution of the sales process.
- Minimum of two years' experience in a similar role.
- Proven track record in meeting sales targets and experience working with foreign clients.
- Knowledge of marketing principles is desirable but not essential.
- Salary package of 1200 per month plus performance-based bonuses.
