Sales Manager job in Umm-al-Qaiwain UAE. Job description, and qualifications. We are looking for a motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Umm-al-Qaiwain. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading our sales team and driving sales performance in the region. Job Posting: Sales Manager - Umm-al-Qaiwain. Salary: AED 1,100.
Job Description- Develop and implement effective strategies to maximize sales performance.
- Monitor market trends and analyze customer needs to develop appropriate sales plans.
- Lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales representatives to achieve objectives.
- Prepare detailed reports on customer activity, market trends, competitive analysis, and other relevant data.
- Liaise with teams across the business such as marketing, finance, operations etc., in order to ensure successful execution of plans.
- Ensure proper customer service is provided at all times and resolve any customer complaints or issues as necessary.
- Manage budgets and expenses related to sales activities.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field required; Master's degree preferred.
- Proven track record of successful sales management in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team through training, coaching, feedback, etc.
- Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing; fluency in English required.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail; able to multi-task efficiently while meeting deadlines consistently.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel).
