Job DescriptionWe are looking for a Sales Manager to join our team in Haur-Fakkan. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all sales activities and strategies and implementing processes to ensure effective management of the sales team. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1300 AED per month.
Responsibilities- Developing and implementing sales strategies to meet company goals and objectives
- Recruiting, training, motivating and managing a successful sales team
- Identifying market trends and opportunities for growth
- Establishing strong customer relationships and providing excellent customer service
- Analyzing sales data to optimize performance
- Developing competitive pricing strategies
- Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
- Collaborating with other departments on cross-functional initiatives
- Bachelor's degree in Sales, Business or related field (MBA preferred)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a managerial role in the sales department
- Proven track record of successful sales management experience
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to motivate others
- Strong knowledge of market trends and customer needs analysis techniques
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) as well as CRM software such as Salesforce or Hubspot
Salary: 1300 AED per month
