Sales Manager job in Ras-al-Khaimah UAE. We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Ras-al-Khaimah. You will be responsible for leading and managing the sales team to ensure that targets are achieved and exceeded.
Responsibilities- Lead and manage the sales team to achieve and exceed targets.
- Develop sales strategies to increase revenue and market share.
- Monitor performance metrics and analyze reports to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with marketing, finance and operations to ensure goals are met.
- Develop and expand new markets and customer relationships.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field
- At least 3 years of experience in sales management
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets, ideally in a similar role
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate the sales team
- Ability to analyze data for informed decision making
