We are looking for an experienced and motivated Sales Manager to join our team in Dubai. This is an excellent opportunity for a professional to develop their career in a growing company. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales, managing customer relationships, and executing strategies that are aligned with our overall business objectives.
Responsibilities- Manage sales staff performance and ensure targets are met while providing excellent customer service.
- Develop new strategies and techniques to increase sales productivity.
- Identify potential customers and develop relationships with them.
- Analyze market trends to maximize sales opportunities.
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders such as Finance Directors or Human Resource Managers to ensure smooth operations.
- At least 3 years of experience in sales management or equivalent.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong understanding of customer service principles.
