Sales Ledger
We are recruiting for a Sales Ledger in the Solihull area on a full-time permanent basis.
As a Sales Ledger you will need to have/be:
- A ledger background, having exposure to accounts receivable
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Good level of excel skills and it would be advantageous if you have had prior exposure to Medius (accounts payable automation software) and/or JD Edwards (Oracle) ERP, and NetSuite
- Good communication skills, and the ability to pick up new systems and processes quickly
- Prior knowledge of foreign currency

- Salary: 25, 000 - 26, 000
- Working Hours: Monday-Friday 9.00am - 5.00pm
- Location: Solihull
- Duration: Permanent
Role of a Sales Ledger:
- Credit control for customers on a regular basis to ensure aged debt is kept to a minimum
- Raise any sales invoices for customers
- General day to day admin for the sales ledger including filing direct debit mandates and keeping track of any incoming post
- Answering customer queries and providing copy invoice etc where necessary
