Main Duties:
" Professional sale of vehicles in accordance with Company Policy and Procedure
" Meet and greet customers
" Discuss finance options with the customer and ensure they have a full understanding of the options
" Pricing of cars
" Glove box checks
" Price checks
" Specification sheets
" Reporting of quality issues
" General site housekeeping
" Attend team meetings and training sessions, ensuring compliance with all Company processes and procedures
" Be smart in appearance when representing the Company
" Adhere to and maintain confidentiality at all times
" Ensure compliance with all trained processes and procedures
" Undertake any other duties as may be reasonably requested
Person Specification;
" Great communication skills
" Motor sales industry experience is advantageous
" Sales experience is advantageous
" Driven, money motivated and to achieve targets
