We are a well-established Dubai-based Auditing Firm with over 30 years of industry presence , offering a comprehensive range of professional services including auditing, accounting, tax consultancy, bookkeeping, and financial advisory services . As part of our growth strategy, we are looking to hire a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to strengthen our business development team.
Key Responsibilities Client Acquisition & Lead GenerationIdentify and generate new business opportunities for auditing, accounting, tax consultancy, and related financial services.
Review and follow up on existing databases, old client lists, and dormant leads.
Proactively source new leads through:
- Cold calling and cold emailing
- Networking events, exhibitions, and seminars
- Visiting business hubs, free zones, and commercial areas
Assist in organizing and participating in seminars, exhibitions, and promotional events to engage potential clients.
Sales Strategy & PlanningWork closely with senior management to develop and execute sales strategies aligned with revenue targets.
Maintain and update sales pipelines, forecasts, and performance reports.
Provide regular sales updates and insights to management.
Cross-Selling & UpsellingDevelop a strong understanding of the firm's full range of services.
Identify opportunities to cross-sell and upsell services such as tax consultancy, bookkeeping, and financial advisory to existing clients.
Customize service offerings to meet client requirements and maximize value.
Market Research & Competitive AnalysisMonitor market trends, competitors, and emerging client needs.
Conduct regular market analysis to support pricing strategies and service positioning.
Collaboration with Marketing TeamCoordinate with the marketing team to align sales activities with marketing campaigns and lead generation initiatives.
Provide market feedback to help refine outreach and promotional strategies.
Contract Negotiation & Deal ClosureParticipate in or independently handle negotiations with prospective clients.
Ensure all agreements comply with company policies and UAE regulations.
Coordinate a smooth handover to audit and accounts teams post-sale to ensure client satisfaction.
