Job SummaryOur client is seeking a driven Female Sales Executive with a marketing background to join our fast growing team in Dubai. You will leverage your expertise in marketing and client relationships to drive business growth, deliver tailored solutions, and exceed sales targets.
Key Responsibilities- Client Acquisition & Relationship Management: Identify and pursue new business opportunities (cold calling, networking, pitching).
- Manage existing client relationships to upsell and cross sell services.
- Marketing Solutions Consulting: Understand client marketing goals and recommend customized solutions.
- Present proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
- Campaign Execution & Reporting: Collaborate with internal teams (creative, digital, PR) to deliver campaigns; track sales KPIs, prepare reports, and suggest optimizations.
- Market Insights: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor strategies, and client needs.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in marketing, advertising, or digital agencies.
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets.
- Expertise in digital marketing services (social media, PPC, content, SEO).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Fluent in English; Arabic a plus.
- Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and MS Office.
- Self motivated, target driven, and comfortable in a fast paced environment.
- Strong problem solving and time management abilities.
