As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving the sales of a company's products and services, ensuring customer satisfaction, and generating revenue. Responsibilities- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling and networking.
- Develop and manage a portfolio of existing customer accounts to maximize sales.
- Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
- Participate in sales meetings and present updates on achieved goals.
- Negotiate contracts and handle complaints or objections efficiently.
- Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services.
- Set up meetings with potential clients, effectively communicating our offerings.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve better results and reach targets.
- Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams.
- Follow up on inquiries from potential clients in a timely manner.
- Maintain a positive working relationship with clients for future sales ventures.
- Track and record customer contact and sales activities for reporting purposes.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role in the industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are essential.
- Ability to create and deliver compelling presentations to clients.
- Familiarity with CRM software and digital communication tools is advantageous.
- Self-motivated, ambitious, and able to manage time effectively under pressure.
- Willingness to travel and meet with clients and potential customers when required.
