We are looking for a driven and enthusiastic Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join KitchenPark's Dubai team. This role is a key part of our growth strategy, focused on top-of-funnel lead generation and qualifying opportunities for the Account Executive team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about sales, enjoy engaging with prospects, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

What You'll Do- Top of funnel generation. Partner with Account Executives to identify quality sales opportunities.
- Manage quality data entry into Salesforce, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information on potential sales leads and notes on qualifications based on criteria and requirements.
- Be well-versed in KitchenPark's value propositions; articulate and answer questions from sales leads.
- Build a pipeline of sales opportunities to hand over to Account Executives.
- Complete a high volume of daily calls, emails, website form fills, and social media messaging.
- 1+ year of experience in sales, business development, or related role - fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Must be a UAE National.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly motivated with a growth mindset and eagerness to learn.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Passion for building a career in sales; high-performing SDRs have the opportunity to progress to Account Executive or SDR Lead roles.
- Demand for online food delivery is growing rapidly; the market has expanded significantly and is expected to grow further.
- Collaborative environment with support from experienced colleagues and managers to learn, grow, and achieve goals.
This role is based in our Dubai office. We value collaboration and continuous improvement and operate with onsite teams five days a week.
