Sales Development Representative, Enterprise Benelux at Deel. You will play a crucial role in breaking into new accounts and fostering relationships with multiple contacts within all levels of target customer segments. You understand the impact you will create on the bottom line, collaborating with the broader sales team, conducting market research to identify new potential customers and leads, and qualifying these leads by learning about onboarding approaches.
Responsibilities- Drive Deel's growth through inbound and outbound prospecting efforts, generating sales leads that will turn into opportunities and closed business.
- Learn from the experienced sales team and help build out Deel's Sales Playbook and Tech Stack.
- Educate and develop leads through inbound or outbound prospecting via phone calls, emails, events, webinars, and campaigns.
- Identify and develop an in-depth understanding of each lead generation process, supporting marketing activities, prospect touch-points, and the handoff to an Account Executive.
- Generate email sequences and make cold calls to map and penetrate accounts.
- Conduct follow-up calls and emails until meetings are set.
- 3-4 years of experience in a sales development or similar outbound role
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, remote team environment
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and eager to learn
- Ability to work autonomously and source solutions
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding targets in a quota-carrying role
- Experience with CRM systems and sales engagement tools is a plus
- Entrepreneurial spirit and growth mindset
- Ability to write email copy and sequence campaigns that convert
- Adaptable to a fast-paced environment
- Active relationship builder who can collaborate with internal and external teams to improve processes and communication workflows
- Experience in HR or Fintech is preferred
- Experience in a fast-growing startup is preferred
- Experience working in a remote & distributed team is preferred
- Native/fluent in English and Dutch
