The M.A.D.Gallery is more than a boutique-it's a curated universe where mechanical art devices, kinetic sculptures, and MB&F's horological machines come together in a breathtaking celebration of creativity and innovation.

Your Mission:

As a Sales Consultant, you will be the face of the M.A.D.Gallery-an ambassador of artistry, craftsmanship, and imagination. You will:

• Inspire and educate clients with deep knowledge of MB&F timepieces and kinetic art.
• Deliver a luxury experience that is as unforgettable as the pieces we showcase.
• Build lasting relationships with collectors, enthusiasts, and art lovers from around the world.
• Represent the MB&F spirit-bold, creative, and innovative.
• Maintain accurate client records and support CRM initiatives to foster long-term loyalty.
• Collaborate with a close-knit team to create a seamless and inspiring gallery experience

Whom we are looking for:

Passion! Confidence! Personality!

• Minimum 1 year experience in luxury retail, with watches or high-end timepieces.
• A watch enthusiast with a strong passion for horology and mechanical artistry of timepieces.
• Russian speaker is preferred to cater to international clients.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong storytelling and client relationship-building skills.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive.
