Role Requirements- Daily calls to potential landlords and sellers
- Conduct market appraisals for listings
- List properties on our CRM system Reapit
- Qualify clients and arrange viewings
- Acting as a negotiator and find suitable outcomes for both parties
- Maintain regular contact with clients and build a strong relationship based on trust and transparency
- Keep record of properties, clients, and owners
- A genuine passion for real estate and a willingness to expand your knowledge.
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
- Self-motivation and a strong work ethic.
- A collaborative, proactive, and energetic approach.
- Unlimited earning potential, starting with a 50% commission.
- Regular incentives on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
- Comprehensive support for international relocation, including visa management, Emirates ID procurement, and health insurance coverage.
