• Manage trial rooms effectively based on customer flow.
• Provide excellent customer experience by addressing customer needs and processing sales.
• Handle customer queries or complaints politely and escape to DM/SM/SO when required.
• Maintain stock levels and ensure product availability through inward, outward, and replenishment activities.
• Notify DM/SM/SO when stock levels in the storeroom are low.
• Assist in receiving and verifying merchandise shipments.
• Unpack, sort, tag, and place products onto racks, shelves, and mannequins as per company standards.
• Ensure merchandise is displayed according to display principles, including proper size and ratio arrangement.
• Operate tills and process cash, credit card, and voucher transactions.
• Ensure billing counters are stocked with carry bags, stationery, audit rolls, and wrapping paper.
• Support price/discount checks and assist in exchange or return product availability checks.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation across the sales floor and till areas.
• Ensure fixtures, fittings, and merchandise are neat and well organized at all times.
• Assist with layout changes, including moving and assembling fixtures and counters.
• Support in store and outdoor promotional activities.
• Remain alert to reduce shoplifting and internal shrinkage.
• Perform any additional duties as assigned.

• Minimum SSC qualification or equivalent.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem solving skills.
• Presentable and pleasant personality.
• Fluent in English; knowledge of a local language is an advantage.

• Prior retail or customer service experience preferred but not mandatory.
